What we expect

  • Prepare and manage quotations for clients, including cost estimates for services, equipment, and parts.
  • Generate and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
  • Create and track purchase orders and requisitions for materials, tools, and equipment needed for field operations.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any procurement issues.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of critical parts and equipment for field teams.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, updates, and support related to field activities and product requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all quotes, orders, and requisitions, ensuring clear records for internal and external audits.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all field operations.
  • Prepare regular reports on operational performance, resource utilization, and project progress for management.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement in order preparation, field operations, and customer service.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who we are looking for

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business administration, project management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations coordination, project management, or a related field, preferably in the elevator or construction industry.
  • Familiarity with elevator systems and/or mechanical equipment is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Project management or safety certifications are advantageous.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Flexibility to handle changing priorities and field demands.
